Spray Coating System

applies coating liquid evenly on the media.  This system uses under film to avoid troublesome cleaning process after operating. The system uses water based coating liquid, which generates outdoor durable coating.  The coated layer provides good resistance against water, abrasion, chemical, and good UV degradation.

Automatic Width Sensor 

measures width of media to be laminated, and sprays appropriate section. The media is set easily,and the liquid consumption amount is saved.

Optional Spray Head

An optional spray head enables the use of two kinds of liquid respectively. The switch on the control panel selects the liquids.
